President Kathryn Dobler has led Dobler Management Company, Inc. (DMCI) with over 36 years of institutional experience in real estate investment, asset management, and buyer brokerage. As Designated Broker and Certified Property Manager, Kathy has directed the business operations and finances for the acquisition and development of the entire portfolio of residential, boutique, and commercial properties of DMCI. Recognized for her analysis, acquisition, and investment expertise, she has repositioned older assets into robust communities. Kathryn has maintained strong ties to the Puget Sound region, where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Finance with Minors in Economics and German from the University of Puget Sound after attending Charles Wright Academy.
Christina Dobler has served as Executive Property Manager and Director of Personnel, Legal, and Marketing. She has over 25 years of property management and investment experience, specializing in Human Resources, training, and legal aspects of Property Management. She has developed an extensive training program for all employees. Christina is bilingual, a licensed Real Estate Agent, and a graduate of Central Washington University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance.
Barbara Dobler Tucci, Founder and Managing Broker of Dobler Management Company, Inc. has three decades of expertise in property management, screening, and rental debt collection expertise. Barbara has overseen Resident Screening Reviews, Audit Controls, Marketing, and Tracking Operations. As a Certified Property Manager, Barb has supported the Management sector with qualified residents in sustainable, affordable communities. Immersed in the Puget Sound area, Barbara earned a Bachelor of Arts Major in International Affairs with Minors in Economics, Business, and Japanese from the University of Puget Sound after graduating from Charles Wright Academy
Principal David Dearth is Director of Construction and Development and has over 40 years of industry experience. He has led multi-family housing construction and development spanning Washington, Oregon, Idaho, California, and Alaska. Adding his expertise in property management, David has been integral in capitalizing on prime locations, redevelopment multifamily and commercial real estate, and sustaining assets through capital improvements, which are attractive to investors and residents. His construction knowledge assists clients’ capital improvement needs with precise, well-scoped, and specific, thoughtful upgrades.
Deanna Hanshew serves as the Senior Asset Manager and Certified Property Manager with nearly 30 years of experience in property management. Her expertise in new builds, asset renovations, and acquisition lease-ups marks a solid performance record in maximizing returns. She specializes in amenity-based pricing, maintenance, and deferred maintenance prevention planning for all units. She remains active with the Institute of Real Estate Management and the Washington Multi-Family Association. A former member of the US Coast Guard, Deanna is proficient in software technology, building employee teams, and facilitating integrated communications.
Monique Carey has 30 years of industry experience in property management and information technology. As Senior Executive Controller and Director of Accounting and Utility Operations Manager, Monique is responsible for property management software, utility operations, and the digital portfolio of all assets. Rated as a real estate dual software expert and bilingual, Monique has integrated platforms with resident portals, property managers, and communications with accounting, design, and executive teams.

Executive Investment Director
Max Stackpole serves as Executive Investment Director for Dobler Management Company, Inc., where he oversees the operational and financial performance of a diverse multifamily and boutique portfolio. In this role, he focuses on the strategic long-term positioning of assets, guiding financial planning, capital structuring, and value optimization, while partnering with ownership groups and clients on refinancing and acquisitions, and development initiatives. Max graduated from Charles Wright Academy and earned his bachelor's degree in business with a focus in real estate from Arizona State University. He is a licensed real estate professional and holds certifications in RPP lead paint, and is a Qualified Energy Manager.
Juliya Lutsenko has risen to Asset Manager at Dobler Management Company, Inc. through 10 years of promotions here. She oversees and manages a range of DMCI’s apartment communities. Juliya graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science from IADT in 2009 and is fluent in Russian. Her strengths include her skills in creative problem solving, operational enhancements, improving profits by implementing cost-saving strategies, and identifying and developing value-added opportunities. Juliya believes that a property’s success starts with the staff and focuses on team building and employee success.
Gina Worden Licensed Broker with over 17 years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate, Gina Worden is recognized for her integrity, diplomacy, and sincerity. She is dedicated to building trust with her clients and colleagues, ensuring they feel confident in her guidance. As a lifelong resident of the Pacific Northwest, Gina possesses a deep understanding of the unique characteristics that make each residential community truly special. Her commitment to excellence and client satisfaction sets her apart in the industry.
Shirl Ryan is a great edition to our Asset Management team, bringing with her 28 years of industry expertise. Recently relocating to Washington from California, Shirl's journey in real estate began while she was on the path to medical school. A part-time bookkeeping role at a property management company ignited her passion for the industry, leading her to thrive in this field instead of pursuing medicine. With a comprehensive background in acquisitions, lease-ups, and renovations, Shirl has managed a diverse range of properties, including conventional, tax credit, bond, student housing, and senior housing. Her experience spans fee-managed, REIT, and owner-operated environments. Shirl is an actively licensed real estate broker in Washington and holds both APM and CP3 licenses. She is dedicated to team building, reputation management, and delivering effective solutions, making her a valuable asset to our team.
